Guarantee:
If you're interested in
purchasing the Diamond Plan, you can take added
comfort in knowing that RSI will be successful in
obtaining an offer for an alternative to
foreclosure, or you get refunded to you the money
you've paid. It's that simple.
To qualify for the Diamond
Guarantee, clients must adhere to the following
guidelines:
- Certified payment must be
received in full no later than fourteen (14)
business days prior to a scheduled sale
date.
- A completed Confidentiality
Release Authorization must be received by RSI
either by US Mail or facsimile copy no
later than fourteen (14) business days prior to
a scheduled sale date.
- Borrowers must have supplied
an accurate account regarding the circumstances
leading to the default, account history,
bankruptcy issues, and current
status.
- Borrowers must provide their
default management specialist with any document
requested within seven (7) days.
- Borrowers must contact their
default management specialist within 2 days
following any initiated contact request made by
an RSI representative.
- Workout must fall outside
the parameters of DSM's worse case
scenario.
Our guarantee does not apply to
"Special Offers", offers where the original price
of the plan has been reduced, loans more than 12
months past due, insufficient income, or on any
work done "Post Sale".
Cancellation Policy:
In keeping with our policy to
provide service excellence, RSI offers a no hassle
cancellation policy on the Silver and Diamond
Plans. Clients wishing to cancel requests for
service must do so within three (3) business days
from the date of purchase. A signed and dated
Cancellation
Request Form can either
be mailed or faxed no later than midnight of the
third business day after the date of
purchase.
Cancellation requests received
after the third (3rd) business day and before the
seventh (7th) day will be honored although a
cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) will
apply.
Refunds for cancellation
requests received after the sixth (6th) day
following receipt of payment will not be
honored.
Express
Service: Payment
for Plans requiring expedited service will not be
guaranteed or refunded.
